By making a reservation with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. The booking confirmation sent by email or SMS serves as a contract. Please provide a valid email address and check that you receive our confirmation. Reservations are available for individuals aged 18 and over, subject to availability, and cannot be resold, assigned, or transferred.
Upon arrival, we will inspect your vehicle and complete a damage report, which must be signed by you and our cleaning agent. Please remove any valuables from your vehicle, as we are not liable for loss or damage unless negligence on our part is proven. We are not responsible for mechanical failures during cleaning or for any indirect or consequential damages.
We operate year-round, but unfavorable weather conditions may prevent us from completing our service. If you do not have access to a sheltered area or garage, we may need to cancel or reschedule the cleaning.
Please remove child seats before we begin. If they are not removed, we will dismantle them but will not reinstall them. Cleaning child seats is an additional service. Ensure the seats are securely reinstalled before use, as we are not responsible for injuries caused by improper installation.
Payment must be made at the end of the service, as stated in the Payment section above.
If we cannot locate your vehicle or address, and if we are unable to reach you, the service will be canceled after 30 minutes of waiting. However, the service will still be charged.
Please note that certain elements, such as chewing gum, wine, or bodily fluids, may not be completely removed despite our efforts. Service specifications and conditions are subject to change without notice.
These terms and our relationship are governed by Swiss law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
